So this week has been mega busy with hardly a second to stop and think! We did, however, have time to take some pictures of some jobs this which we thought you might be interested in. So the first picture is a cover plate for the subsea industry which was machined from 316 Stainless Steel and is now ready to be inspected. We have a fully equipped inspection department that runs 24 hours a day to ensure all our precision engineered components are fully verified and inspected with complete traceability.
Another job this week was these small parts that are produced on our sliding head machines, they are completed in one operation which ensures they are accurate as well as being super fast. Our Sliding Head machines are ideal for running large volume batch work across a wide variety of materials in sizes up to 32mm diameter.
