Impress Precision Machining have a dedicated and fully equipped inspection department which runs 24 hours a day. This ensures all parts are fully verified and inspected with complete traceability in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 Standards. 

Our Inspection Equipment consists of the following:

• Co-ordinate measuring (CMM), range x640 y600 z500 Full 3D measuring software.
• CNC Co-ordinate measuring (CMM), range x1000 y1000 z800 Full 3D measuring software.
• Trimos 600mm high.
• Horizontal Bench Profile Projector -400mm diameter rotating screen with chart clips. 300mm lateral (X) travel, 150mm vertical (Y) travel. 0.5 micron resolution.
• X,Y & Q Touch Screen DRO . Angle protractor display, screen mounted optical edge sensor and FUSION TOUCH software with geometric functions.
• Gauge maker – Hardware & software.
